The upcoming Society for Neuroscience (SfN) 2026 conference brings together some of the brightest minds in the field, and we are excited to share that Spencer and Andrew will be representing our team on this international stage after earning the SfN Trainee Professional Development Award (TPDA).

The TPDA recognizes undergraduate and graduate students, post-baccalaureate scholars, and postdoctoral fellows who demonstrate scientific merit and excellence in research. Receiving this award highlights the dedication, hard work, and impactful contributions Spencer and Andrew have brought to their scientific endeavors.

Beyond honoring research excellence, the award provides complimentary registration and a travel stipend ($1,000 for North American trainees and $2,500 for international trainees) to offset attendance costs for Neuroscience 2026.

This recognition reflects the growing momentum of our lab's research and the dedication of our trainees to advancing the field of neuroscience. Please join us in congratulating Spencer and Andrew on this well-deserved achievement!
